A Montessori education first nurtured Ola Osode’s comfort with being a generalist — learning to observe, connect, and think across boundaries. She first learned to code in junior high and later served with the United Nations Peacekeeping Operations in Africa — in places such as the Democratic Republic of Congo, Rwanda, Senegal, and Sierra Leone. That mix of technical curiosity and global field experience honed her analytical instincts and adaptability. Being a generalist became her advantage, allowing her to see connections between systems, peoples, ideas and patterns that others often miss — an approach that defines her work today in AI, strategy, and entrepreneurship. She graduated from Brown University and Fordham School of Law. At Fordham School of Law, she was a Stein Scholar in her area of expertise public international law. She has been a certified life coach since 2016. Since 2025, she is certified MWBE with both the State and City of New York.

Gallinex reflects her belief that human intelligence — supported by AI, real-world insight, and modern technology — can help entrepreneurs, founders, project consultants, and innovators design ventures that are resilient, profitable, and relevant in a rapidly changing world. Ola believes that AI & Human Intelligence can build wealth especially for those who have been marginalized and lack opportunities. She is passionate about the possibilities that exist for creating synergies between U.S. Small Businesses and African Entrepreneurs/Small Businesses etc.
